1. Sample before mass production. Normal practice is a paid prototype (typically ¥500–2,000 depending on complexity), credited toward a first order of 500+ pieces.
2. Safety certificates. EN71, CE or ASTM F963 is the baseline; ask for test reports, not scans of unnamed “certificates”.
