How an order works: step by step

1. Inquiry: you send the design or reference, batch size and deadline. We reply with a quote and real examples of similar shipments.
2. Sample: we produce a pre-production sample (¥500–2000); you approve materials, sizes and details. The sample cost is credited to the first order of 500+ pcs.
3. Contract: price, production timeline, payment terms and liability for missed deadlines are all fixed in writing.
